• From 2009 Mr. Daleel has been working as Legal Department Manager for Samama Holding Group (samama.com) , one of the 100 largest companies in KSA. He has been handling the entire legal affairs of the group comprising 12 legal entities in addition to a number of joint venture companies formed with British, Turkish and Chinese entities.

Among the most considerable achievements, he has handled:

– the legal restructuring process for the group companies.

– articulation and periodical review of various regulations and bylaws including the HR Policy Manual, Corporate Governance, Board of Directors Charter, Audit & Risk committee Charter, Charters of the other auxiliary committees and Authority Matrix.
