We conduct litigation before the Sudanese courts of all grades and jurisdictions (civil, commercial, criminal, administrative, labor …etc.), and before arbitration tribunals in Sudan and abroad, under both international regimes (such as ICC, LCIA and INCODIR) and domestic procedural rules.

Our lawyers have a sound knowledge of substantive and procedural laws and are able to represent clients in all stages of litigation, arbitration and settlement negotiations. Some of our lawyers are members of leading international arbitration centers.

We assist our clients in developing a litigation strategy at the outset of a dispute including evaluations of the relative strengths and weakness of the parties’ positions and recommendations on actions to preserve or enhance our client’s claims.  We provide clear guidance on procedural rules that are very unfamiliar to many of the clients.  For ordinary court proceedings we draft pleadings in Arabic as required by law, but provide proper translation for clients who are not Arabic speakers.

Our services extend to the enforcement proceedings. Based on our lawyers’ solid knowledge of the procedural law we have extensive experience representing clients before the execution courts and in monetizing court judgments and arbitral awards including execution on assets located outside of the country.

We are attuned to our client’s interests and are therefore committed to resolving disputes as efficiently as possible.
